Who we are.

Strudel Artisan Bakery opened its door in February 2018, with a modest selection of pastries and coffees. Since then we have added our own sourdough breads more pastries and various cakes, traybakes to our menu. In August 2019 we won “Bakery of the year” in the Irish Independent Retailer Awards and following our seeded sourdough winning a bronze at Blas na hÉireann prestigious food award in 2021, our white sourdough won silver in 2023.

We are small artisan food producers with limited production space and volume, therefore our opening times are determined by how busy the shop is, as we can’t control how many people come through the door on any given day, while the supply is already produced.

We’re proud artisan producers. Everything you buy from us is made in house by us. All breads, pastries, pastry cream, cookies, cakes, etc.

If you’re visiting us from a distance, please send us a message or ring us before making the trip to avoid disappointments, we hate seeing people leaving the shop empty handed.
